MOGU LI OTKAZATI SVOJU NARUDŽBU?

Ako ste već napravili i platili narudžbu, nažalost nije moguće otkazivanje. Sve naše narudžbe ulaze u obradu nekoliko minuta nakon što su zaprimljene u našem webshopu.

MOGU LI VRATITI NARUDŽBU?

Ne prihvaćamo povrate osim u rijetkim slučajevima kada narudžba stigne oštećena. U tom slučaju nas odmah kontaktirajte s fotografijama oštećenog proizvoda u originalnom pakiranju.

MOGU LI ZAMIJENITI PROIZVOD?

Nažalost, trenutno ne nudimo zamjene proizvoda. Sve prodaje su KONAČNE.

KAKO MOGU PRATITI SVOJU NARUDŽBU?

Nakon što napravite narudžbu, bit će poslana u roku od 1-2 radnih dana. Molimo vas da pričekate dok vam ne pošaljemo broj za praćenje i poveznicu putem koje možete pratiti svoju pošiljku.

MOJ BROJ ZA PRAĆENJE STOJI NA "INSERT ITEM INTO BAG"

Naša tvrtka se nalazi u Hrvatskoj, a dostava u SAD, KANADU i druge prekooceanske zemlje ponekad može trajati i do 4 tjedna. Ako vaš broj za praćenje stoji na "insert item into bag", to znači da je paket poslan u odredišnu zemlju i sljedeće ažuriranje broja za praćenje bit će tek kada pošiljka stigne u vašu zemlju i uđe u njihov sustav. Molimo budite strpljivi.

KOLIKO DUGO TRAJE DOSTAVA?

Ako naručujete iz SAD-a ili Kanade, imajte na umu da pošiljke šaljemo izravno iz Hrvatske i vrijeme dostave može biti duže. Približna vremena dostave:

EUROPA: 1-2 tjedna
SAD/KANADA: 3-4 tjedna
OSTATAK SVIJETA: 3-4 tjedna

KOJE NAČINE PLAĆANJA PRIHVAĆATE?

TREBAM LI PAYPAL RAČUN ZA PLATITI PUTEM PAYPALA?

Ne. Paypal nudi opciju plaćanja kao gost, tako da možete platiti karticom bez otvaranja Paypal računa.

STIGAO MI JE OŠTEĆEN PROIZVOD, ŠTO DA RADIM?

U rijetkom slučaju da proizvod stigne oštećen, molimo kontaktirajte nas unutar 48 sati od primitka. U e-mail uključite fotografije oštećenja i broj narudžbe.

TREBAM LI OTVORITI RAČUN ZA NARUČITI?

Ne. Nije potrebno otvoriti korisnički račun kako biste napravili narudžbu.

PROIZVODI / NAKIT

GDJE SE IZRAĐUJU VAŠI PROIZVODI?

Većina našeg nakita izrađuje se u Hrvatskoj, dok su neki dodaci poput kutijica uvozni.

OD ČEGA JE VAŠ NAKIT NAPRAVLJEN?

Gotovo sav naš nakit izrađen je od nehrđajućeg čelika u srebrnoj boji ili presvučen 24K pozlatom debljine 30 mikrona. Osobno testiramo naš nakit i nismo imali problema s tamnjenjem. Ipak, preporučujemo da pozlaćeni nakit skidate prilikom kupanja ili plivanja kako bi zadržao sjaj.

KAKO DA MI NAKIT DUGO TRAJE?

Nakit od nehrđajućeg čelika ne mijenja boju i može trajati jako dugo. Pozlaćeni nakit također može dugo trajati ako se pravilno održava – preporučujemo da ga skidate prije tuširanja i plivanja.

PROIZVODI SU RASPRODANI, KAKO MOGU NARUČITI?

Ako je vaš omiljeni proizvod rasprodan i nije dostupan za prednarudžbu, kontaktirajte nas na: orders@croatiangiftshop.com i provjerit ćemo što možemo učiniti za vas. Naši proizvodi se brzo rasprodaju, a obično ih obnavljamo svakih 3-4 tjedna.

We ship our products WORLDWIDE.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?

Our products are shipped directly from Knin, Croatia.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you have already placed an order and would like to make changes to your order please contact our friendly team immediately at: orders@croatiangiftshop.com

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you have already placed an order and paid, unfortunately you will be unable to cancel your order. All of our orders go into processing within a few minutes of being placed on our online shop.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We do not allow returns unless in the unlikely scenario your order arrives defective. You must contact us immediately with photos of your defective product in the original packaging.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are FINAL.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once placing your order, it will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Please wait until we send you a tracking number and a link to where you can track your order.

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS STUCK AT "INSERT ITEM INTO BAG"

Our company is located in Croatia, and shipping to the USA, CANADA, and other overseas countries can sometimes take up to 4 weeks. If your tracking number is stuck at "insert item into bag" please know that you will not receive another update on the tracking number UNTIL the package has crossed the border and arrived into your country's sorting facility. "Insert item into bag" means that the package has been sent to the destination, so please be patient until it arrives to your country.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you are ordering from the USA and Canada, please keep in mind that we are shipping directly from Croatia and shipping times can take longer to reach your country. The approximate shipping times are:

EUROPE: 1-2 weeks
US/CANADA: 3-4 weeks
REST OF THE WORLD: 3-4 weeks

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept online payments through major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, and wire bank transfer. If you are unable to make payment using the above payment methods, please contact us at orders@croatiangiftshop.com and we can arrange payment via Western Union.

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO CHECKOUT USING PAYPAL?

No. Paypal offers the option to checkout as a guest and you can pay with your credit card over Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay via credit card over Paypal.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT, WHAT DO I DO?

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and your order number in the email.

DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No. You do not have to have an account to place an order.

PRODUCTS / JEWELRY

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Most of our jewelry is made directly in Croatia while some things like our jewelry boxes are imported.

WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE FROM?

Mostly all of our jewelry is made from stainless steel in either silver color or with 24K 30 micron gold color plating. We personally test all of our jewelry and have not experienced that the jewelry tarnished. However, we always recommend that our jewelry made with gold plating be taking off when swimming or showering, to ensure the gold shine will last a long time.

HOW DO I MAKE MY JEWELRY LAST A LONG TIME?

Stainless steel jewelry does not change color and can last a very long time. Our jewelry with gold plating can also last a long time but we always recommend to take it off before showering or swimming just in case.

To make your jewelry last a long time avoid wearing jewelry while swimming or showering.

YOUR PRODUCTS ARE SOLD OUT, HOW CAN I ORDER?

If your favorite product is sold out and unavailable for pre order, please contact us at: orders@croatiangiftshop.com and we will see what we can do for you. Our products sell out very fast, and restocks are usually done within 3-4 weeks.
