UVJETI KUPNJE
Ovi Uvjeti kupnje definiraju postupak naručivanja, plaćanja, isporuke, reklamacija i povrata proizvoda ponuđenih na web stranici www.CroatianGiftShop.com
Korištenjem ove web stranice i narudžbom proizvoda kupac prihvaća sve niže navedene uvjete.
Napomena: Trgovac trenutno nije u sustavu PDV-a sukladno članku 90. Zakona o PDV-u.
- PROIZVODI I CIJENE
Svi proizvodi dostupni su prema opisu i fotografijama. Moguća su manja odstupanja u boji i izgledu zbog razlika u prikazu na ekranu.
Sve cijene su izražene u eurima (€) i ne uključuju PDV, jer trgovac nije u sustavu PDV-a.
Trgovac zadržava pravo izmjene cijena bez prethodne najave.
- NARUČIVANJE
Kupac može naručiti proizvode putem webshopa 0–24 sata dnevno. Nakon izvršene narudžbe kupac prima potvrdu na e-mail adresu. Ugovor o kupnji smatra se sklopljenim u trenutku potvrde narudžbe.
- NAČINI PLAĆANJA
Dostupni načini plaćanja su:
- Kartično plaćanje
- PayPal
- Uplata na račun
- Plaćanje pouzećem
Trgovac ne pohranjuje podatke o karticama.
- DOSTAVA
Dostava se vrši putem dostavne službe na adresu kupca.
Dostava u RH:
- Preporučena pošiljka: 3–7 radnih dana
- Paket24: 2–3 radnih dana
Inozemna dostava:
- Europa: 5–14 radnih dana
- Australija, USA i Kanada: 2–4 radna tjedna
Ostatak svijeta: 2–4 radna tjedna
Bitne napomene:
- Vikendi, blagdani i državni praznici ne računaju se kao radni dani
- Carine i poreze za inozemne pošiljke snosi kupac.
- Trošak dostave: jasno prikazan u košarici prije završetka kupnje
- Za kašnjenja nastala zbog dostavne službe trgovac ne snosi odgovornost.
- PRAVO NA JEDNOSTRANI RASKID UGOVORA – PERSONALIZIRANI PROIZVODI
Sukladno članku 86. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača, kupac nema pravo na jednostrani raskid ugovora za proizvode koji su izrađeni prema specifikaciji potrošača ili su jasno prilagođeni potrošaču.
To uključuje, ali nije ograničeno na:
- personalizirane proizvode
- proizvode izrađene po narudžbi
- proizvode s mogućnošću odabira boje, duljine, kombinacije privjesaka ili drugih prilagodbi
- proizvode s gravurom, posebnim dimenzijama ili drugim prilagodbama
Povrat takvih proizvoda nije moguć, osim u slučaju kada je kupcu isporučen:
- oštećen proizvod
- proizvod s greškom u izradi
- proizvod koji ne odgovara narudžbi
U tom slučaju kupac je dužan odmah po zaprimanju pošiljke kontaktirati prodavatelja uz obavezno slanje fotografija na e-mail adresu: orders@croatiangiftshop.com.
U slučaju opravdane reklamacije kupac ima pravo na:
- zamjenski proizvod
- povrat novca
- umanjenje cijene
- REKLAMACIJE I POVRAT
Reklamacije se podnose putem e-maila: orders@croatiangiftshop.com
Kupac je dužan reklamirati vidljivo oštećenje proizvoda odmah prilikom preuzimanja pošiljke.
- ZAŠTITA OSOBNIH PODATAKA
Trgovac se obvezuje čuvati osobne podatke kupaca te ih koristiti isključivo u svrhu realizacije narudžbe, sukladno GDPR uredbi.
Podaci se neće dijeliti trećim stranama osim dostavnoj službi radi isporuke.
- ODGOVORNOST
Trgovac ne odgovara za eventualne tehničke probleme na web stranici, prekide u radu interneta ili pogreške nastale unosom netočnih podataka od strane kupca.
- RJEŠAVANJE SPOROVA
Eventualni sporovi rješavat će se mirnim putem, a u slučaju nemogućnosti dogovora nadležan je sud prema sjedištu trgovca.
- IZMJENE UVJETA
Trgovac zadržava pravo izmjene ovih Uvjeta kupnje u bilo kojem trenutku bez prethodne najave.
- JAMSTVO I ODGOVORNOST ZA NEDOSTATKE
Proizvodi u ponudi nemaju dodatno komercijalno jamstvo.
Trgovac odgovara isključivo za materijalne nedostatke koji su postojali u trenutku isporuke proizvoda, sukladno odredbama Zakona o obveznim odnosima.
Trgovac ne odgovara za:
- mehanička oštećenja nastala nakon preuzimanja proizvoda
- lomove, ogrebotine i habanja nastala korištenjem
- oštećenja nastala nepravilnom upotrebom
- oštećenja nastala djelovanjem vode, kemikalija i vanjskih utjecaja
- prirodno trošenje materijala
Kod personaliziranih proizvoda odgovornost se odnosi isključivo na točnost izrade prema odobrenoj specifikaciji.
POLITIKA PRIVATNOSTI
Prikupljamo samo nužne podatke: ime, prezime, adresa, e-mail, telefon. Podaci se ne dijele trećim stranama osim dostavnim službama. Kupac ima pravo zatražiti brisanje podataka.
POLITIKA KOLAČIĆA
Web stranica koristi nužne, statističke i marketinške kolačiće. Korisnik može odbiti kolačiće putem bannera.

These Terms and Conditions define the process of ordering, payment, delivery, complaints, and returns of products offered on the website www.CroatianGiftShop.com
By using this website and placing an order, the customer agrees to all the terms stated below.
- PRODUCTS AND PRICES
All products are available according to their descriptions and photographs. Minor deviations in color and appearance may occur due to differences in screen display.
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and do not include VAT, as the merchant is not in the VAT system. The merchant reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
- ORDERING
Customers can place orders through the webshop 24/7. After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation via e-mail. The purchase contract is considered concluded at the moment of order confirmation.
- PAYMENT METHODS
Available payment methods:
- credit/debit card payment

- bank transfer
The merchant does not store card data.
- DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out through a delivery service to the customer’s address.
Delivery within Croatia:
- Registered mail: 3–7 business days
- Paket24: 2–3 business days
International delivery:
- Europe: 5–14 business days
- Australia, USA and Canada: 2–4 business weeks
- Rest of the world: 2–4 business weeks
Important notes:
- weekends, public holidays, and national holidays are not counted as business days
- customs duties and taxes for international shipments are borne by the customer
- delivery costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart before checkout
The merchant is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
In accordance with Article 86 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract for products that are made according to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly customized.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- personalized products
- made-to-order products
- products with selectable color, length, pendant combinations, or other customizations
- products with engraving, special dimensions, or other modifications
Returns of such products are not possible, except in cases where the customer received:
- a damaged product
- a product with a manufacturing defect
- a product that does not match the order
In such cases, the customer must contact the seller immediately upon receiving their order, with mandatory photo documentation sent to the following e-mail address:

In the case of a justified complaint, the customer is entitled to:
- a replacement product
- a refund
- a price reduction
- COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

The customer is obliged to report visible damage to the product immediately upon delivery.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The merchant undertakes to protect customers’ personal data and to use it exclusively for the purpose of order fulfillment, in accordance with the GDPR.
The data will not be shared with third parties, except with the delivery service for the purpose of shipment.
- LIABILITY
The merchant is not responsible for any technical issues on the website, interruptions in internet service, or errors caused by incorrect data entered by the customer.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the court having jurisdiction according to the registered office of the merchant shall be competent.
- AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS
The merchant reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- WARRANTY AND LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
The products offered do not include an additional commercial warranty.
The merchant is only liable for material defects that existed at the time of delivery, in accordance with the Obligations Act.
The merchant is not liable for:
- mechanical damage after the product has been received
- breakage, scratches, and wear caused by use
- damage caused by improper use
- damage caused by water, chemicals, or external influences
- natural material wear
For personalized products, liability applies exclusively to the accuracy of production according to the approved specifications.
PRIVACY POLICY
We collect only the necessary personal data: first and last name, address, e-mail, and phone number. The data is not shared with third parties except with delivery services. Customers have the right to request the deletion of their personal data.
COOKIE POLICY
This website uses essential, statistical, and marketing cookies. Users may refuse cookies via the cookie banner.
